User's Method:
Install the over-flow tank on the CPAP tank.

Lock the CPAP tank cover by CPAP tank ear.Fix the funnel water cup and CPAP scale pole on the CPAP tank cover.Connect the CPAP scale pole with breathing circuit through the adapter.Pull the CPAP scale pole up and down untill the its desire value shown on the water level.Function:
